Customers, CSV imports and bulk billing

Maintain the customer book, migrate spreadsheets and send a shared or per-customer invoice amount.

Where to go: Customers ↗

Build your customer book

Open Customers. Add a name, email, phone and optional tax ID/VAT number. Search before adding a person so an existing customer record can be reused. Keep phone country codes and delivery details accurate.

Import a spreadsheet

  1. Select Import CSV. Prepare the fields requested by the importer and review its preview and validation messages.
  2. Check names, contact information, tax IDs and any per-customer amounts. Correct invalid rows before confirming.
  3. Review the import result and search for a sample customer. Use Export CSV when you need a copy of the customer book.

Invoice CSV import lives in Invoices, and payout recipient import lives in Payouts. Each importer has its own purpose and validation.

Create a bulk invoice run

  1. Select the intended customers, then choose Invoice. Use the all-customers action only when that is the intended audience.
  2. Choose one shared amount or the per-person amounts imported from your sheet. Enter the description and due date; check the displayed customer count and total.
  3. Review the delivery choices and start the run when ready. Follow progress and individual delivery results; resolve failed recipients rather than sending the whole run again blindly.

Bulk emails use the Email action and the same customer selection. An invoice run creates separate invoices per customer; it does not confirm their bank payments. API integrations can also set invoice CC recipients; this does not imply a matching CC control is available in every dashboard form.
